The Year 5 course is suitable for children whose parent’s main priorities is for them to gain a place at one of the Grammar Schools, but are also thinking of applying to Independent Schools.
The curriculum for this course focuses on the entire syllabus of Verbal Reasoning, Non Verbal Reasoning, Maths and English skills essential for all 11+ entrance examinations.
Our weekly homework, classroom notes, and progress monitoring form the backbone for each course. It is designed to help students develop the skills, speed, and confidence needed for doing examination papers under time constraints, and is an essential for gaining a place at any top Grammar and Independent School.
Class details:
Class 1 - Maths, Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning Sessions
- Starts 6th September 2025
- Runs every Saturday until the exams in September 2026
- 9:00am-11:00am
- £40 for a 2 hour session
- ENROLLING NOW FOR SEPTEMBER
Class 2 - English Comprehensions, Vocabulary and SPAG Sessions
- Starts 6th September 2025
- Runs every Saturday until the exams in September 2026
- 11:15am to 12:30am
- £25 if you enrol for Class 1; otherwise English costs £40.
- ENROLLING NOW FOR SEPTEMBER
Class 3 - English Comprehensions, Vocabulary and SPAG Sessions
- Starts 6th September 2025
- Runs every Saturday until the exams in September 2026
- 10:00am to 11:15am
- £25 if you enrol for Class 4; otherwise English costs £40.
